I have a carbon-neutral vehicle listed with the carsharing service Turo:

A 2002 Volkswagen Jetta TDI which I run on carbon-neutral fuel from Dr. Dan's Biodiesel in Ballard

~~A 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV for adventures on Vashon Island~~ (temporarily not available, try an eBike tho)

If you're looking for electric vehicles to rent on Turo, you may try a custom search for electric vehicles on Turo (which omits Ford and Smart because of indistinct URLs). I devised this search because Turo's own website only allows for the selection of "fuel sippers" but not of electric cars exclusively.

It can be further tweaked for different locations by adding in an inurl:CITY operator (change CITY to the name of a city for local results)
